Refund policy

Shipping:

The prices listed do not include shipping charges.

Tracking numbers are included in the shipping invoice.  Orders are shipped to the address used when ordering.

Damaged Merchandise:

If you receive damaged or missing merchandise, Save original shipping box and packing material and notify It’s Your Journey immediately.  YOU MUST CALL 419-433-0888 OR EMAIL Nancy@itsyourjourney.com WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIVING SHIPMENT OR NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE.
